Closed "This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection."

Hey there, not even sure if this is in the right place but I'm sure someone will let me know if it's not

Received this message after coming back to MapleRoyals after 11 months

1) All character names - Atrinal (124 Dark Knight), Scirocco (21 Bandit), GetDandy (1 Beginner), Niieth (9 Magician), Atrinality (78 Fire/Poison Mage)
2) Last thing I did? - Started a conversation with Tim to try and get access to my account on 22nd May 2020
3) Why do I think I've been banned? - Still not sure it's even a ban, but I have never cheated when playing MapleRoyals anyways.
4) Ban Message - "This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection."
5) What GM banned you? - Didn't make it past the password screen (despite knowing my username and password, and having already used the Control Panel to reset my PIN and PIC) so if it is a ban, I have no idea.

Any help or information would be greatly appreciated

When is your last time log in? is it around May 2020?

I've had limited access to this account for some time, so I would say the last attempted login would be the 22nd May 2020 when I began the conversation with GM Tim to regain access. I've had no success regaining access.

I've had issues with the password I first set up for this account previously, including a security breach with said password when it was used on an old email. I have since rectified any password issues using the control panel. It does seem as though I have had my account breached

 

Your character was caught hacking back in Dec 2020 but it looks like you are unaware of your accounts being used for malicious purposes. I will forward the appeal to the Admins to verify the case. Meanwhile, please provide as much info as possible for us to verify! Some helpful info may include:

• Did you use the same login details elsewhere?
  
• Did you move or travel last year?
• What reasons do you suspect to have limited access back in May 2020?
• ...

It's Admin Tim? My bad! Didn't mean to get the title wrong, oops

Did you use the same login details elsewhere? - I wont lie, I did use the same password for Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and an old email I no longer have access to. It's something I should not have done but I did get sloppy with my passwords.

Did you move or travel last year? - I have been in the same place for over 6 years now, since well before creating my forum account

What reasons do you suspect to have limited access back in May 2020? - I came back to MapleRoyals after like 9-ish months away, and found my PIC to not be the one I had when I left. I had it written in a text document and everything, along with my acc details in case I forgot them over time (Happened before on Maple Europe back in 2009, never again)
