IGN: Mickalord(lvl 116 when posting the below information) Problem: Missing SP points Details: I think I am missing SP points, I might be wrong and need it to be checked. 1st job: (total of 71 SP) 2nd job: (total of 111 SP) (used 10 from here into 1st job) 3rd job: (total of 130 SP @ level 116) 116 --> 120 = total of 12 extra SP. 130 SP (already used) +12 extra SP = 142 SP while I should have 151 for 3rd job(basically i am missing 9 sp). Am I missing something with my math or what? if it weren't obvious, no unused sp I am pretty sure I didn't cross job-adv. iirc did the 1st job adv a bit later ~20, then 2nd job adv at 36, and 3rd job at 70. also, remaking the character is not possible at all since I already invested lots of mesos into a very very VERRRRRRRRY expensive wash that i still haven't finished EDIT: My SE mule is also missing 9 points. Missing another 9 on this one too. Both character job advanced at the same levels. Edit2: I just advanced to 4th job and I cannot add points into the 4th job skills.

Another one of my friends had this issue yesterday. According to the player who created the thread above they had no choice but to remake.
Remake? I can't remake. That is really not an option for me.... I am washing, and I am almost done with everything, used billions of mesos, lol And yes, i did job adv at odd levels but i was told on Discord that it doesn't matter when i job adv as long as i dont do it cross job-adv (1st and 2nd , or 2nd and 3rd) on the same level
I believe this issue should be labelled under a critical bug, or more admin manual work might be required. Imagine ur making a Mule and this happens LOL. Player would be forced to leech it to a even higher level now huh, perhaps just to get stance 30/SE 30. LOL @betoboladoo player has also been recently affected, please make a thread. This bug shouldn't be too hard to recreate. And yes this bug can be fixed by the admin, which has been resolved here (Took the team 106 days to fix this though)
I am going to try and leech myself to 120 and see if I somehow magically get the SP back after 4th job adv. Also, i really hope it won't 106 days for my issue to be resolved because that would really suck :S
Shouldn't have any issues with SP, as those levels of doing job advancements are completely fine What level did you do the 1st job advancement?
I think it was around level 26 my friend told me that I am losing HP for no reason and I should go job adv (i was mid orbis etc exchange)

Would strongly recommend doing so, missing a few levels is fine, but SP might be loss when skipped lots of level (like 10 or more) I cannot guarantee what's the cut-off line (the level that would trigger the bug) as well
Yeah I get it, but the thing is that because he is washing it's really hard to do the job advancement at 30 and 70 because of the lack of dmg. When he gets to some higher levels without doing job advancement, he can do them with some better equips that will give him better weapon attack do deal dmg to collect the 30 balls and to kill the job instructor. But I'm pretty sure that this is an easy fix for the devs, I have no idea what needs to be done in order to fix it for him, but if it has been done in the past, I see no problem in doing it again to help him out.
I am unable to guarantee the Admins will be able to fix the issues as making job advancements at odd levels are considered unintended gameplay The best I can do is to offer help to players who need assistance in 2nd job advancement with my Thief/Archer

If you do your first job advancement after lvl 10. I believe you will miss some SP as beginners don't receive SP after the initial 6.
