Nope, I should be the only one that plays in my household. Are there are other IGNs attached to my connection thats not pokemon ign related? other than the random ones that are already within my account.
I found out what the issue was. You were caught up in someone else's self-ban because of similar IGNs. I have removed the ban that was affecting your connection, so you should be able to play again.
