I won't debate what staff are deeming as inappropriate or not, but can you shed some more light on why I have to serve a full 14 day ban across all accounts for a character I've actively had and played since 2014 when I haven't broken any T&C, just because it was recently determined as inappropriate? I would like to apologize since there seems to be a misunderstanding and your appeal wasn't handled according to our current T&C. Are you available to log in right now so I can lift the ban?
All of my other accounts still say they are blocked or deleted, and the account with the deemed inappropriate ign is blocked until May 2nd
Restart your router, you should be able to log in now. Edit: I am unable to warp you to jail in the next couple of hours so I am placing the ban on your account once again until I or any other staff member would be able to do so.
Thanks for the update and clarification Dasha. I've PM'd a new IGN as a replacement for the inappropriate character name, which I've stored and held on a mule for now. Can access all other accounts in the meantime. Thanks!
