Any OG Maplers here would know this event I think this event would be great for anniversary event (maybe this year or next... or in the near future?) but this is just coming from me as a player myself. What are your thoughts?
Can you explain how the event would work? I thought the event required a double boss HP bar UI which isn't compatible with our version, but going by the video that Telzyn linked, it has also been done using a regular boss UI's where teams take turns? However, considering the anniversary event is due to be released in 1 week it's probably a little late to implement something like this for this year's Anniversary event.
Edit: fookin ninja'd Can you flesh out the suggestion a bit more with what you think this would look like in Royals. Here is a blogpost detailing a version of the event. There is another version from GMS 2015 that features the bosses spawning in random maps. I'm going to assume you're referring to the version where the cake/pie boss spawn in major towns, which I am in favor of. This is really cool (and nostalgic for me personally), and I think we can all look forward to the pie gang vs cake gang wars that will take place. Also, I've never really had a bad pie, but I've had countless terrible cakes. #pieGANG

I think this event could be good. Instead of cake vs pie we can also include other bosses like eg Chee vs Bee TinyLegs vs Snake
