Hello, my cash just disappeared .. yesterday I had 7k of cash, went to sleep, woke up this morning and voted .. I logged into the game and went to the cash store, and there was 0 cash !! being that what I had before zeroed, and the vote I took, did not count the 8k !! I would like an ans wer on. Hello, you are logged into the wrong server's client. That backdrop in the Cash Shop is not part of the MapleRoyals client, but of another server's client.

Hello, can you provide the date and time in which you initially had 7k NX and later noticed having 0 NX? In the mean time, please check out this guide to make sure that your votes are registering properly. I don't ever recall there being a case in which NX randomly disappeared from a player's account, and I have a feeling this may just be user error.
