Sure!
I had 30ish scrolls I think, probably more than that, however, I didn't just start playing, unless I'm reading that wrong. When I did start out, however, people were pretty quick to sell their CS for 495-500m when they could be sold for 530m when left in a shop overnight.
My original plan when starting out was to use the funds that a player who was a 120 marksman gave me to continue making more, he was quitting and wanted me to succeed as a marksman player. I'd love to tell you his IGN but I can't log in at the moment.
This is was before I knew about washing. This was also before I learned of the importance of taking screenshots. When joining the server I had no idea that everyone took screenshots of their transactions until my guild was kind enough to advise me on that subject.
I have a SS of selling an Elemental Wand 5 (TMA 194) that I made when I hit level 130 on my bishop, selling it for 4.5b, then I bought another Elemental Wand 6 (TMA 189) for 2b. Which is huge profit, but I also buy scrolls and other random things that people undersell for quick Mesos and then I resell it. I'm saying this because I haven't been selling leech to make Mesos, I only flip items, which I'm assuming looks like RWT.
From a player who received a 159 Elewand 5 through gatcha which I paid 10m to get.
From people who sell event scrolls for wand 100%, for 160m each, that i'm still flipping.
I do admit that I've been trying to get better with the SS stuff, but that's honestly all I got if you want the screen shot of my wand being sold. Obviously doesn't add up to 30 CS, but again, I was silly and had no idea how important SS were.

How much did he gave you?

I'm sorry, I'll try my best to explain myself better.
I bought Chaos Scrolls off of players to sell for small profit after meso tax, but I know as a fact I never had more than 30 at one time. I always try to buy Chaos scrolls from people who sell them below 500m or sometimes exactly at 500m because again, overnight selling at 530m~ish
I can't tell you his IGN because I already forgot it, he quit basically just as I joined and hasn't logged on since, he's on my buddylist.
He never gave me a meso amount, but 5 chaos scrolls that he told me he got through boss runs.
My TMA 194 wand was pure luck, as I stated, it was PURE luck, using what I had. I found a cheap elewand 5 with good base stats, landed two 30%s on it, and then used 100% event scrolls on it to finish it off. All using funds through merching, again, 0 through leech, I do not sell leech.

 

also also, it was definitely not a few days after joining the server, my marksman is LunarRose. I met the other marksman maybe a few weeks into joining the server.
