i received that i go against some game policy.

last night was fine and when i tried to go online i am banned

My girlfriend's account ID has been deleted or blocked from connection.

Would like to know what is going on?

i have a total of 3 characters: SeanloveM, SeanM cannot remember the 3rd one.

Seanlovesuga account only have SeanloveM

Seanlim92 account got SeanM and the 3rd one

Please be familiar with the server terms & conditions, as you may only vote once per day as a person. Multiple votes will regard as vote abuse. Fortunately, your actions are not as severe that warrants permanent ban, instead a 14 day ban, a minor infractions.

 

Is it possible that could get unbanned/appeal?. this 2 weeks i got extra time to play and i got ban, promise that will not do that again.
