hi guys. after quite a while of not playing, ive found my way back to your server. after wracking my brain for my account info, i got it. had to reset pic and pin but thats alright so i downloaded the game, and i tried loggin in. now it says my id has been deleted or blocked from connection. i talked to the guys on discord, and they sent me here. therefor, i cant remember my character names on there. im suspecting it was a dark knight, but honestly idk. ive tried a bunch of maple servers in the past. also, i have no clue what i did last, since that was years ago. im trying here! if it doesnt work out i'll have to make a new account which wouldnt be horrible i suppose, since i dont know whats on my old account anyways. help would be appreciated, cheers! lol so after making this post, the name zarnyx showed up. might that be the dragon knight? update: i made a new account for now, my character name there is Xuul. it has the same email adress.
Hello! Welcome back. I've checked our records and it seems that your account was previously hacked and we have banned it to prevent any further damage to it. Please reset your credentials such as your password, PIN and PIC via the Control Panel on our main website and let us know once you've done that so that we may proceed with unbanning your account.

okay i think i did what you asked me to do. everything seems to be reset but puc and pin i need to set as i log into the game i assume. whats next?
