Best time for the Monster Carnival?

Me and my gf just started playing a few days ago and we wanna speed though levels30-42, are there any peak times to try for this PQ ?? we're in EST. '

 

Unfortunately, there are not many people who do monster carnival like in the past. You just have to try your luck. There are, however, still some people who do them.

 

There are some peak times yes, although I haven't taken note as to when they are recently. My strategy for CPQ was to just do other activities in game and pop my head in every once in a while to see if there's a party going on. I'd also recommend getting a few levels before heading into CPQ (say, level 35 minimum) so that you can get more out of it.

I would say a good chunk of the activity that goes on in CPQ1 is leech selling, so some times it may be hard to find a regular party, but not always!
