Since I'm a returning player I never set up an email associated with the account. The only one I am having trouble accessing is my primary acct with ign PvtDemo. I believe that since the system did not exist prior to my leaving that once the third party tried to access it I was completely locked out. I have tried to set it up via control panel but my old credentials were denied making me think its either locked or been hacked. I'll complete the email link and see if that fixes it and if it does I will update this thread. Thank you for the help.
I got it resolved. It was a problem with my PW I just was confused with all the help articles I'd been directed to.
