The ban isn't a result of you playing on more than one IP. You shared your account information with another player and helped them gain an unfair advantage, this is against our game Terms and Conditions.
But I think I just share with my husband its can be allow. Because I think in the legal we can share everything we own. Thank you for your answer!

Dear Ms Dasga, i read the Terms and Conditions. i think i not Make a mistake in Major Infractions. I play the GinaLin by myself and my husband play the ClayLai by himself. We just use same account but we don't use same IGN. Thanks you Dasga.
