Well last night I did place my shop at FM 1 and when I checked the FM again (a few hours later) it just disapeared. The Storage Keeper at the FM Entrace does not give me my items back and I can't even set up the shop again.. (it tells me its already placed at FM 1). Relogging did not work. I guess this could be related to the disapearing NPC's issue. :/
That is very strange indeed. I use the homely coffeehouse (1 day) also and have not had any issues. I do know that the merchants still do close after 24 hours and your stuff gets sent back to Fredrick. Or if there was a server check or anything like that the same thing would happen. It's very weird, not sure if its to do with the NPC issue. As in the FM there is not a extra dot on the mini map. So no matter what you do, fredrick does not give your items back and still tells you that your store is open in FM1?
That happens when I try to open a shop: That happens when I want to take my items from Fredrick: That text apears but no items are landing in my inv. That happens when I want to take my mesos from Fredrick: I didn't try much more.. I don't know what else I could try.
Must be a database issue but I'm having trouble understanding how the tables function and connect to your characters. Can you tell me some items you had in your store so I can try and identify your hired merchant in the database?
Hmm.. - 8 STR lvl 35 Warrior Overall - 1 Set Ilbi - 4 Wand Matt 60% Scrolls - Polearm Attack 70% - Polearm Attack 60% - 1 Mighty Bullet - Bow Attack 60% I don't remember much more. I guess that was about everything. lol
Your items are not in the hired merchant database so your items are completely lost. Contact me in game and I'll try and sort something out. You should be able to open a store again now though, if you want to risk it. If you can, try and remember whether or not you may have d/c'd which could have caused a possible rollback on your account which may be the cause of this issue?
Well I got dc'd inside of the CS last night but thats about it. A while before the shop disapeared I tested the shop options (as in sort items and show sold) but I don't think doing that caused this.
Something like this happened again but with my Mushroom House Elf. Now my Shop completely disapeared with all of my items. That happened 2x today. I'm able to set up a new merchant without error message. When I'm clicking on receive items on Fredrick he does nothing at all. I lost in total about 30 items. Is there anything on the database? Now my items seem to be gone for real. :/
