    Uh yeah title pretty much says it all. Just made an account and after typing in my PIC on my character, it black screens, and then I am given the message in the title. I have tried reinstalling the game, restarting my PC etc. and don't really have a solution. I don't use a VPN either so yeah.

    edit: also I play on Windows 10 if that helps at all

    When you've been reinstalling the game have you redownloaded the files from the mapleroyals website?
    Or are you using the old files from this?
    grabbed from your ban appeal thread
    "I did play this game for like a couple hours maybe a couple of years ago and it could be related to then, but I honestly don't know. I have 0 idea what the old account IGNs/info are as well."

    Yeah. Re-installed the game the day I made this thread because I had uninstalled it for space way back when.

    to downloaded a more recent version of the client?

    Or did you use the original .exe files that you used to play all those years ago?
