Closed Donating but did not get RPs

    As title, I had paid for RPs for 125 RP and 10 RP.
    However, after the money was paid from my bank, I still did not get any RPs.
    I had mailed to the admin gmail but didn't get any feedback.
    Can any GM help me to solve the problem@@?
