On the library the item Red Armis has maximum 12 Str and 11 Dex, however I just bought in FM one with 11 Str and 13 Dex. (I passed 2 Str OA scrolls)
The library is heavily outdated, and in some cases wrong when it comes to stats on equips. According to this thread, the library is in queue to be revamped through a proprietary system that extracts the correct information straight from the game's files - but a release date is unknown. I hope this gets addressed more in future GM blogs. Once this library update comes out, I hope the website is revamped with it. It's very deprecated and deserves an upgrade.
