Closed Item,and NX missing from my char

    IGN : 4sohai
    Problem : NX,items and funds missing from character
    Details : as per below

    it's been almost few months i did not log in to my mule character,unfortunately today i logged in,NX,some items and funds are missing.
    I had about 300k NX and it's all gone..there has been similiar issue with other char missing their items and funds as well 3 months back i guess,could be the reason for my char as well.
    I am not sure whether my char has been hacked,could u guys please assist to check on this issue.

    Really appreciate i could get back my lost NX,items and some funds

    details as per below

    IGN of the affected character: 4sohai
    Estimation of NX amount lost: 350k+ NX
    Estimation of meso amount lost: around 150-200m
    Detail or stats of the items: can't really remember but had some equips
    Last login date for this affected account: around march or april 2021

    - also notice when i logged in,key settings was in default.
    -never had shared id or password with anyone else as well,kindly please further check on this

    ok,also had checked other threads as well..some of them face the same issue as mine.
    does the follow up going to take a long period of time,because some of their issue has been under investigation about for 3 months.
    if possible hope this issue will be resolved as soon as possible

    P.S the login info is completely different from other online services.

    Your situation is actually different from theirs as their incident occurred on Feb

    The credential stuffing was only possible prior to the fix, and not possible to do so anymore

    It's very unlikely that you will get a refund/rollback of items based on the provided date range but I will still submit your case to the Admins to confirm the timings
