Community Blacklist

I would like to apologise that this has happened as a genuine oversight from Yobi - I know I personally don't routinely ~mapowner before I kill mobs in a random map but obviously this can cause issues as seen above.

Having said that;
- the ~mapowner was made explicit after the kill
- she has apologised for the incident
- as far as I've been told she's let you loot everything

So I feel as if it's a bit unreasonable to reflexively post into the community blacklist all things considered. More than happy to discuss further via PM if you so wish.

 

if she killed it, you both stood on the pile and only you managed to loot, it means she let you have it cause ownership would’ve let her get it first.

Why do people rush to blacklisting others?

 

I wouldn’t blacklist anyone for killing my mushroom. I’ve been hunting, on top of teleporting my main over to use taunt when I find one (I use mage for certain maps), I also make time to SS & record every mushroom I see for sake of memories. I willing take the risk to record, SS and taunt for extra drop rate knowing that anyone could could flash jump over to kill it within seconds. I also don’t ~mapowner before killing one because there’s simply no time for that.

Moreover, Yobi had said sorry in the screenshot, and she hadn’t looted any of the drops.

The Yobi thing seems to have been sorted out. No further action feels required there.

There's nothing I can do here, as this isn't enough to go on. What I'm seeing in that screenshot is Jackishan saying they sold one Gen and will hand you the other one after gacha run. I would have to see evidence of Jackishan never sharing the split with you to go any further with this (preferably with uncropped screenshots). If you catch evidence of them never sharing splits for sold Gen (like denying to share it with you through conversation), update the report. Thank you

 

Did with same guy 2 gen20 for 2run. Said he would sell but havent got reply for 2week already

 

Gen20 usually sells in a day even if slightly overpriced.

I know this because I host zak runs daily and I get gen20 quite often and Im always the one that sells them.

They never get left in my store for more than a day even if i sell them at a price above the cheapest in fm after owling.

If it has been 2 weeks then hes definitely not splitting. My suggestion would be to confront him and take screenshots of his replies. Since he already said he sold 1, ask for the split of the one that got sold.

If he tries to run again, eg "finish gacha run, just /find him and record it till he logs off" then post it here.

Details: He will smega buy 2 run service (what I sold to him was scar), I pm him 70m (didnt mention 1 or 2 runs), after runs he said he though 70m for 2 runs and mentioned bought someone 90m for 2 runs.

I smega at first ,then she whisper me for ask me to save split slot for her.
when i asked her how long do her need for that,she told me that she will come to me after 30mins.
then i start to solo leech at ch7 the partner with split price for her promise.
but she never shown up at ch7 after 30mins ,so i find her and ~mapowner the map, then i find out she bought another leech just before.
but when i trying to figure out if she fooled me by intention , she told me that:

Hi. Ravioli's main is a friend of mine and she told me her side of the story. She does not like drama so she decided not to reply here but I've decided to post her side of the story just to ensure her name doesn't get blacklisted without telling her pov.

From what I understand, she was buying leech halfway and she saw your smega that you needed a partner. She pmed you saying that her leech ends in 30mins and if you have yet to find a partner by then, she will join u and be your partner.

During that 30mins left of her leech, she saw a smega by someone else selling leech and that a partner is ready. Thus she decided to pm that seller and join that leech since partner was ready as well.

The screenshot you posted does not show the entire conversation and only shows the context which puts her in a bad light. I believe the community would appreciate it if you could post the entire chatlog instead of just this cropped photo.

However, I do feel that this is just a case of miscommunication as her idea of "if you have no partner in 30mins i'll join u" meant that she expected you to follow up with her and if she did not hear back from you she would not need to join.

Whilst on your end, your understanding was that you have found a partner but she is only ready in 30minutes which is probably why you waited for 30mins. The issue would not have came to this if both parties followed up with each other instead of assuming each others' intentions.

I dont think this warrants a blacklist. I think it can be solved with an apology from both sides and the matter can be put to rest. I dont feel any malicious intent here and having known ravioli for a while I can guarantee that she is not the type of person who is entitled/would make people wait at her beck and call. In fact I have personally made her wait for me on several occasions and she had no qualms about it.

I would like to apologise on her behalf if there was any miscommunication but she genuinely expected a follow up pm from you since the gap between the alleged agreement had a 30min time gap.

She is a buddy of mine so I dont think my comment would qualify as unbiased no matter how I address this so the community should take my post with a pinch of salt. Hopefully you can resolve it with her amicably.

 

Was just mid posting that this is likely what happened, tho i assumed she just changed her mind about the leech or found another seller.

the truth is that i done the solo leech after 1hr 30mins without her,and she just didnt reply any more
yeah i didnt whisper her anymore after posted pic cause i didnt want to spam someone just for selling leech,is will makes selling like begging and i didt want that...
as for further pic like our conversation before, it rolled up and disappear after i finish my leech selling.
any way i dont want to waste my buyers time with posting that...

3. DETAILS: I filled in for an APQ team, as a member had left after the first round. I wasn't planning on playing but I wanted to help a guildy out as they wouldn't be able to do the other 3 rounds otherwise. As we were in I told them I was planning on leaving the last round after rope stage, so I can go to bed as it's already too late for me. After the last rounds rope stage, I announced again to let them know I wanted to go sleep and if it's ok for me to leave since they don't need me anymore. One of the members (iselendis) told me no, that I shouldn't go. Something about less boxes? It wasn't very clear, but she was very clear that I shouldn't go. She made a remark about blacklisting me. Guildy and I continued to ask her what she meant with the boxes and I continued playing with them. Despite me really wanting to go to bed. She proceeded to ignore us. We arrived at the RUN! stage and I started to get annoyed by the fact they were keeping me hostage without telling me why. I explained to them that I wasn't here in APQ because I wanted to be. That I was not involved with the person leaving them and that I was doing them a favor since I really wasn't up for APQ especially not randoms and that they could at least explain me why. At the end of the running stage, iselendis had disconnected and not long after anorexorcist afk and died. We ressed him and he said ''so if I disconnect you guys can't continue?'' and then went offline.

I'm just really upset this happened. It is exactly the reason why I don't want to apq with randoms and why I don't apq a lot in general. It actually made me cry out of being upset and frustration because there's nothing that I could do and they just played us like this. For what reason even? I had done nothing wrong, I was only helping and this is what I got in return. Now I can't sleep with this whole situation in my head, so I had to write it out first. hopefully in a few minutes I can close my eyes finally.

 

FYI iselendis did log in afterwards and we discussed the situation again. She said she disconnected because of a microsoft update. I asked her why she told me not to leave after making it clear I was very tired and wanted to leave and she replied with ''it was a joke!''. It was all a bit too convenient to me to believe her in this situation, but I want to be honest about what she told me.
I also want to explain why I doubt her words as she was threatening blacklisting mes, she kept telling me not to go, giving me some vague reasons then ignoring me for a while when I repeatedly ask for clarification and then she logs off for a microsoft update, that doesn't just happen automatically afaik.
