Hey, first I want to say that I didn’t use hacks , I don’t know how to even use hacks, and I didn’t did vote abuse, idk even what that means. Last time I logged in to any character was 4 months ago I think, last time I logged in mapleroyals was like 4 months. Can we do something with the ban? Maybe someone hacked my account? Can we figure out what happened? Or all my progress is lost now?

I voted like once a day, sometimes at my home and sometimes at my work, depends if I forgot to vote that day at my home.
You are allowed to vote once a day. It seems like you have doubled-voted enough for the offense to be considered serious enough to warrant a permanent ban.
but I didn’t get the first 14 days ban to know that I’m doing something wrong. How did I know that I’m doing something wrong? I spent a lot of time on this character. At least give me a second chance.. i didn’t get a first warning.
The voting rules are made available to all players on the voting page and these are the terms and conditions you have agreed upon creating your character. Unfortunately, double voting gave you an unfair advantage over other players therefore your ban will remain permanent.
