Nothing of value on my side to add here but, internet friend is still a friend nevertheless, it's just the same as your real life friend, but with distance and all. You would value your internet friend the same as real life friend if you know the actual meaning of friendship here, so I can't really blame them for trusting this dude up since they are friends together, don't really understand how it's their fault. I know it's the Wild West Internet out here and you shouldn't really trust anyone much, but hey-
No one said it's the GM's fault. It may have been a mistake to trust someone on the internet, but let's chill out with the victim blaming and gaslighting...
If scamming over 20b only warrants a 14-day ban, that sounds like a pretty good deal and a tempting move to do. After all, as long as there's no solid evidence, you can't be punished nor caught, and no investigation will be carried out because of the lack of manpower to check the logs. A system that punishes hardworking and passionate players while protecting those in fault.
I feel like you fundamentally don't understand how these systems interact. Staff resources on this site are limited, they are absolutely not endless. Those privy to information such as chat logs, item trades, store trades, player data, etc, are reserved only to the administrators (as far as i'm aware) and there are only two last I checked. Should there be more to take on the workload, probably, but thats another discussion (with its own issues lol). These events happen all the time and the sleuthing required to potentially come to a conclusion can take as little as days to multiple weeks - on a single case, and thats assuming there was enough evidence provided to even warrant an investigation. It should come as no surprise that you are risking your items (hard work) by lending them to friends as a wide range of issues can arise while they're out of your possession. Simple advice would be to only risk what you're willing to lose as that is ultimately what you're engaging in. Players need to have some sort of agency and responsibility for their decisions, it can't be all on staff to manage player affairs. Its very possible a player can give items to a friend as a gift only to demand them to return it a year later - someone with malicious intent can potentially get an innocent player in trouble. I don't want to derail this thread but this is a pretty unfair lens to view how these cases are treated
1. IGN: Davelbarbaro 2. REASON: Ruining APQ 3. DETAILS: This player didn't get to go to the bonus stage on our first run of APQ because our leader (HollowThielf) proceeded to click on NPC before making sure that every member was in the stage after killing Balrog. However, our leader did apologize to him and mention that he would be take note for subsequent runs. He then insisted for our leader to give him an apple otherwise he threatened to not go for the remaining 3 runs. I get that it is the leader's fault for not making sure that every member is ready and present at the map before clicking the NPC to go bonus stage, but he already apologized nicely and it was clear that it wasn't intentional. The leader also isn't obliged to give him an apple because he may get 0 even if he managed to go into the bonus stage. I felt that Dave is really rude, entitled and that his threat was very uncalled for. Don't have a screenshot because when he threatened, the rest of the party were busy discussing about whether one of us could invite our friends or bring our mules to take his place for the remaining 3 runs instead.
If I was leading that apq and it was me doing that despite being non intentional I would give him an apple with my sincere apologies on a trade window because i made one guy loose his bonus; when this happened to me the party lead gave me an apple and while leading my first apq clicked without checking if we were all in the map i did the same but this is just my personal opinion on how to act in this kind of situations.
Agreed, if I were the leader, I would give him an apple too. But I just don't think that he should expect it and threaten to leave to leave the pq when the leader didn't wanna give it to him...
1. IGN: GukHadOneJob 2. REASON: Was rude to me in my store for no particular reason, i do not know this person at all.
If it happens often, would recommend you to take a screenshot with ~servertime and report him for Harassment https://royals.ms/forum/threads/capturing-evidence-for-reports.177814/
Was told to move this here, so here it is: IGN: Shiyui Reason: Scammed items Evidence: my naked inventory. Also @Tim @Jack :3 @mecheez and many others know we shared items and made a good bunch together. Shiyui refuses to make any contact with me or pass me back the items even though she knows I need them. A week after I first contact her about the items, she posts a "farewell" post while never saying a word to me. She still goes on forums and responds to compliments she gets from people all this time after. And no, there are no mistakes or accidents. she still has the items, confirmed by Tim. She's a hypocrite and fake. Just want to say this as a warning since people tend to fall for her "friendly" reputation.
Id be very curious to know if these were the items that Yan NPC'd by mistake. Edit: I'm aware you have confirmed with Tim they are still around, sort of my entire point. Lol
Upset that my spot was taken that was all. As you can tell by the top chat in the store he positioned his store in a way that prevented another person from putting up their store.
There is no such thing as "my spot" at FM. It is free for all. The moment your shop closes down, it is free for anyone to take. Only exception to this being botting a spot. I also don't know how he could move his store? It appears jaye59's store is as close to the store on the left as it can be, and seems to be far to the right on that platform as well. It wasn't randomly placed as far as I can see, and even if it were, it doesn't matter. There's no rule against where you can and can not place your store inside FM rooms.

And as a person who are neither friend with Shiyui nor Wolf I can certainly attest Wolf's story of shared items because Shiyui used to brag about it on shoutbox entire time and told the whole world of how she got her items.
Thank you. Since you have some merit to your report, I've added Shiyui to the list. Not sure how much that will do since she seems to have quit, but still. It is the unfortunate truth that sharing expensive items is always a risky thing.
The important bit is her name will pop up with this post when its searched. It might encourage her to give the items back, it'll help prevent people mindlessly rallying behind her as a "staple" of the community as has been the case in the past (lol). She may have quit, but we all know people rarely actually quit. She will probably come back eventually and will need to address this, eventually.
