The character Yajue doesn't appear to be banned. Have you restarted your router? You are likely just trying to connect from a banned dynamic IP that someone else with the same ISP as you got banned on.
Please make sure your IP changes after you have restarted the router. Is there anyone else who plays MapleRoyals in your household?
I restarted the router several times, but the IP did not change. No one else plays MapleRoyals in my house. I created a new ID, I was able to log in. Is IP really the problem?
Yes, the IP address was at fault as sometimes routers will cycle and connect you to a previously banned address. I'm happy you sorted it out! Welcome back Edit: Sorry, I completely misunderstood your post. I'm confident that there are no active bans on Yajue and will request the admins to look into it further.
New ID does not mean New IP. I can't log in with my main account so I haven't solved any problems. I will never return to MapleRoyals unless I can log in with my main account. I can't seem to do anything anymore. Thanks for support.
