i've reset my house's network, the "too many invalid attemps" mgs is still there

 

have you tried other methods?

 

tried USB tethering using phone's internet, which is prob the closest to a hotspot achievable at a pc, didn't work
tried private vpn twice, same msg

 

Do you have other characters name that you didn’t listed?

 

uh sure, all the chrs in the same account as Chitapoli:

senbonzakura (might have misspelled it)

and a few others i can't remember at the moment

 

interesting. You are not banned but somehow unable to log in. Perhaps try another way to change your IP address and login? or do you have other accounts?

 

my other accounts work fine.
USB tethering via phone internet & private vpn had no effect

 

What other accounts do you have? And you login under the same network?

 

all under the same network, using the same PC
regarding chrs from other accounts - Pibiji for example

 

I have forwarded your case to the admins. For reference, player are not banned but somehow couldn't login

turns out, i should have also reset my PIC (was not specified in the initial "blocked" msg, nor by Dave).
