What GM banned you (optional): Joel (it doesn't state it when I try logging in but because I saw it) I was mindlessly using dragon strike and my demo+barrage skill macro on a voodoo map to farm stoppers/artifacts. Like GM Joel stated, it is a small map since I don't have a mage or archer class/any of the classes that are usually used to farm stoppers and needed some artifacts, I thought I could do a little both while I was watching something. I admit I wasn't paying attention to my screen the entire time because my attention was elsewhere at the time and I'm very sorry for that. But I wasn't afk nor botting/hacking.. my attention was just directed elsewhere for those few minutes; I was glancing back at my screen every few minutes to make sure I picked up my stoppers/artifacts (didn't care for the equips) and noticed that a GM asked me a question (to confirm that I was there or not). I replied back as soon as I saw but by the time I did, I thought the GM disappeared or went into "GM mode"/invisible. I even tried to whisper GM Joel (even though I know you couldn't whisper a GM - I was just in a state of panic) to let them know right away that I was actively there. GM Joel asked me a specific question pertaining to Royals and by the time I replied and realized I couldn't see him, I still tried to whisper him because I didn't know what else to do. I even tried whispering the other player that was there who thought I was botting/hacking. I took a screenshot of the question and my reply after and was still able to play my character for about another 6 minutes+ or so before I got disconnected and the login notification "This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection. Please check again." I don't think (or at least I really don't believe) it could have been more than just a few minutes that I didn't reply right away (same amount of time as if I were to have any of the mage/BM farming skill times).. After replying in all chat with the answer to his question, I was still able to take a screenshot that I was actively there and answered, attempted to whisper GM Joel & other player, and was even able to play my char for a couple more minutes before witnessing my char DC and being unable to log in again). Unfortunately the screenshot doesn't show the ~servertime because I didn't think about typing that in before taking the screenshot as a precaution.. but hopefully I could provide some details that could help prove that I wasn't botting/hacking nor was I afk.. I replied at 2:06 PST (21:06 GMT?) and I approximately should have only had map ownership for a little more than an hour at most. Before that, I was in ludi turning in my gach stamps and did chair gach before I TP'd to NLC. The last "conversation" or interaction I had was asking if someone wanted the stopper map since I saw them CC onto my channel but they either just CC'd or DC'd because they didn't reply. Then I went to go renew my artifact permit and figured I may as well just farm while I watch TV since there was an open channel and I wanted artifacts. If I recall correctly, I believe I even just picked up my 10th one for the double bonus points during that hour (I'm going to say it was around 20 minutes or so before everything happened) but I was planning on turning in those 10 for the coupon to be used after reset, after I finished my dailies and taking a break.. I can see and understand why I was suspected of botting or hacking and I'm truly sorry my lack of awareness reflected on that. If there is any other way I could prove that I wasn't botting nor afk and that I was actively there the whole time.. just didn't reply back right away for those few minutes.. please let me know. I acknowledge that my action for lacking awareness made it things seem that way and I can only sincerely apologize and ensure that this won't happen again. I hope that my appeal will be reviewed and that a lighter sentence/temporary ban can be considered or warranted instead of a permanent one. I should have been constantly aware of what was happening on my screen. GM Joel - You're absolutely right. It isn't a big map at all and shouldn't be hard to see you. I'm sorry I wasn't able to reply/answer more promptly to your question. Thank you for taking the time to read my (long) appeal. I wanted to include as much specific details as I can/remember hoping to prove I wasn't hacking/botting/afk.

Hey Joong, thank you as well as thanks to the rest of the staff for reviewing my appeal and really appreciate the kind understandings! I just tried logging on and noticed the message upon (attempted) log in changed from ID blocked to the date/time as to when my ban is lifted. I can ensure you I will definitely will not be doing this again! If ever encountered with a GM for any reason, I'll be sure to reply immediately.
