Hi, I played Maplestory long before Big Bang was even a gleam in it's creators eyes, and being the old school guy, I miss playing the game pre-bb. With that said, I just downloaded your client, and tried to run it, however I get the error saying "Failed to find proper screen mode for Gr2D" Now I've tried looking up a few things. I have directX 11, my graphics, videos, and all drivers are up to date. i tried going into the personalize section for my screen resolution, and going to the toruble shoot tab, however there is not one there for me. I do have the setup.exe file, and when I run it in compatibility mode, it works, and i press the "atl+f" or whatever to show it works, but the game still gets the error. I'm completely lost, and I just really want to play this game. =/
have you tried running the game in compatibility mode for windows xp sp2 and other similar ones? disable visual themes? you can play with your graphics settings as well. in one case, disabling direct3d fixed it for me..
