Yes, with your help, we have now made some corrections to this exchange quest. For one, the bug that causes you to receive no reward should be solved. Raven's Eye should have been available since we added it in a few updates ago - you might have just gotten unlucky. Tao of Sight has not been available from Windraider Badges, and the Raven Ninja Bandana is not in the game files. With those exceptions, the exchange quest should now be accurate with regards to Hidden Street.
