Closed My account was hacked years of collecting stuff stolen

Problem: Everything valuable is missing, all the valuable equips (king scent etc etc), and most importantly years of collecting valuable scrolls, MA, WA, INT and anything you can think of, I was always doing shrine gacha and storing all the scrolls on this character
Details: Last time I logged on was a couple of months ago when I had all of my stuff maybe even less but you can clearly tell when it was since almost all of my USE tab was gone, also if you want a specific date my account was robbed (assuming it is possible to do so) you check when my king scent was unequipped/when my character appeared in Ariant thats when it happened for sure, I was barely moving or doing something with that account for the last year or so except for transfer scrolls to it in FM.

I was having trouble logging in because any PIN I was entering was wrong, at first I thought it was me who's at fault but after resetting my PIN with Tim, I logged on and my character suddenly appeared in *Ariant*, which I never went to - for sure, and more than half of my scrolls were gone and all my valuable equips which I don't remember exactly but one of them was the king scent I had equipped, and for the scrolls, I'm talking years of gacha and collecting them, in the amounts of 50-90 overall for INT just to give you a small example for perspective, had a bunch of every kind of valuable scroll, weapons 30% for att, shield MA/WA etc.. and just everything gone....

 

What do you mean personal account security? my account was hacked!\
Somebody clearly hacked my account and changed my PIN
