IGN: MajorBlitz Char was hacked, emptied and deleted on 26th Jan. Possible to restore to 25th jan version? Most expensive thing was my 139 dagger and 32 wa dkhan. Let me know if anything can be done, or if any information I can provide to assist. Attached below is the interaction between me and the hacker (using my friend's emptied account).
Would like to confirm if there are any other equipment stats you would like to include before I forward the above to the Admins for verification
I don't have screenshots of my inventory saved on my pc unfortunately. Quite a number of normal cash equips as seen in the jan 26th ver. The majority of my inventory was NLC gacha scrolls and eqs along with personal gear like 9 wa bfc, 15 wa scg, clean alchemist ring, event accessories like gold nose and vday ring. If logs of my accounts still exist for early jan it should be about where I left it as I don't boss or merch much.
Can you also provide the estimated date of you logged in without the items and also the last date of you holding the items? (if you remember so) The date range would be required for the Admins to confirm the account activity Note: I understand you noticed the hack occurred on 26th Jan, would also need the date of you last holding the items to prevent rolling back too far
About 7 pm Singapore time was around the last 3 hours before I got hit. Uploaded to imgur cos I can't seem to attach a file in comments
Hello, unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for issues related to a player's personal account security and cannot assist with recovering your stolen items. I'm really sorry that we can't do any more for you in this situation.
WOW after 7 months of investigation for literally nothing? I lost everything because of unlimited tries for the control panel and I got hit specifically because I called him out and the admins can't do anything?
I can't ever progress on my character because I lost all of my prequest items, I trusted that the admins would have helped me to some extent because of the long investigation. If you guys didn't even have the intention to help you could have said it day 1 and prevented us from hoping. "The date range would be required for the Admins to confirm the account activity Note: I understand you noticed the hack occurred on 26th Jan, would also need the date of you last holding the items to prevent rolling back too far" Nice false hope there, no intention of ever trying.
