You were originally banned for having two chara in the summer dash event. We are now investigating whether if you own these two characters. Did you submit a voting whitelist by any chance?
Yes. we submitted white list. We are two different person playing different character in one house using same ip address We are brother and sister Please check the white list and hopefully release the ban quickly. We already missed the last few day of summer roll call because of this. Our hard work for few weeks wasted.
