What GM banned you (optional): unknown I had been playing this server on and off for like 5 years. I have never done anything ban worthy. Please fix this if possible I had so much time and effort invested.
How would I be able to find all my character names? Edit: I know my login info -Maybe I can relay that to you?- I had 6 characters on the account and can't remember all the names

I don't think I ever abused the voting system. Are there any other further actions I can take to try to recover my account? I do recall the voting system glitching and not letting me vote the last few times I played, could that trigger a false positive vote abuse?
Do you usually vote on a private network? Is there anyone else who plays MapleRoyals in your household? When did you experience this "glitching"? Normally there is no mistake about the vote abuse bans as these bans are given by an admin who verifies your voting activity before issuing the ban.
I would usually vote on my private network in my apartment. I am the only who plays maple around here. The glitching I referred to was when I went to vote it would say I had already voted and sometimes I would try multiple times. Also, I see that that voting bans usually start with a 14 day temp ban so my case must have been exceptional to be instantly perma banned which seems weird. Will I be banned from making new accounts as well if this doesn't get resolved?
In case of severe abuse as per the discretion of Staff, we reserve the right to respond with a permanent ban regardless of if it is your first offense. Please don't create new accounts until this gets resolved. I'm forwarding your appeal to the admins to verify that the ban wasn't wrongfully issued. This might take some time so please be patient!
