Solved [Solution Given] Pic Crush

after i write my pic the lumcher is crushing and i have a note "you have been disconnected from the login server..."
that happning only on my laptop. (at over computers my account is work..)i tried to remove all my Maple installs and redownload but coldn't help, what should i do?

tried both of tham and didn't worked, i got this problem for almost a month
also tried delete all my maple clients and download again (including the newest patch from yesterday)

 

change the protocol if u are using a vpn

You may have a virus or something, also check the windows firewall and if you have DirectX3 installed and also the windows packages redistributable c ++ 2019 or 2015 in some cases!

Or on the contrary if you have antivirus, it may be that since it cuts the connection without deleting the executable file!

checked my firewall, cant see nothing about DirectX3 or the c++
also every time i installed the Maple i close my antivirus for not delete any files that unables me to play
what else that could be?
