Sadly I was just collateral damage. I didn't do anything deserving a ban and both Tim and Kibito told me I wasn't banned just the IP.

Dasha, Maybe you can help me out with the timeline on when I was banned because as of the last time I remembering being on here my account was not banned. just the IP. March 20th: Appealed Ban on Original forum account. Kibito responded with "Due to your brother's actions we will not be unbanning that IP prematurely. Your account isnt banned so you can still play somewhere else". March 24th: Ban appealed the IP Ban on this new account (already sorted this all out with the forum admin and its all set. This will now be my only account.) March 26th: Applied for Whitelist for the account bdlus. April 3rd: Ban appeal ended IP ban would stand, But I was told by Tim in the last post of the appeal "your account isnt banned". *I dejectedly walk off into the sunset to play other games.* April 21st: Whitelist Application denied. I guess if there is no chance in getting it back can I just make a new account or would that be ban evasion?
It looks like the ban was issued on Aug 29th, 2019. Unless the permanent ban can be disputed making a new account would be considered as ban evasion.
Was the voting for my account specifically or was it the IP? I looked back into my discord log and steam/Epic Games logs, purchases, and screenshots and I was playing ARK with my friends all of August until the 28th which is when I bought Satisfactory which I would played ALOT until I completed all that was there at the time which took almost till October. I can provide screenshots or links in a private chat if this would be enough information. If not let me know and I will again walk off into the sunset.
Only an admin can verify that. Can you elaborate further on your voting habits? It seems like you and your brother were double votings despite the fact that your whitelist application was not approved.
I try my best to keep to the rules so if they say once a day that is all I would do. In 2018 we were supposed to be trading days (this was before the whitelist application) but with the way my brother was it wouldn't surprise me if he did it every day or more, but that would have been in 2018 not 2019 and I don't remember ever trying to play again between 2018 and now. I did have a password breach in 2019 but I don't think this was included but who knows. That is why I'm interested in if it was for my account at this IP or another.
The time it takes an admin to reply to your ticket varies due to other responsibilities he has to attend. Sorry for the inconvenience.
