In the monster book I can't find an entry for Scarlions 1000 NX card, I have not seen it dropped so I'm not sure if it's just not in the drop table or if the monster book entries are outdated. The monster book might just be outdated, because there's also nevermelting snow and star of maplemas spirit in there. Can't say anything about targa, as I've never killed that boss. (the card is not on the next pages either)
I dont wanna hijack this @WanWan, but i think this fits well here. Toad drops 1k Cards and its not mentioned in the patch notes. From Update #74 Item: Added a 1000 NX Cash Card to certain bosses, and adjusted the droprate of 5000 NX Cash Cards. The average NX gain remains unchanged, but NX now drops at a more consistent rate. The bosses affected by this change are: Chao, Ephenia, Zakum, Papulatus, Nameless Magic Monster, Dunas, Dunas 2, Vergamot, Nibergen, The Boss, Krexel, Wulin Yaoseng, Targa, Scarlion, Capt. Latanica, Leviathan, Dodo, Lilynouch, Lyka, Pianus (Right), Pianus (Left), Kachhuu Musha, Headless Horseman, Bigfoot, and Female Boss
