IGN: formalites Problem: Can't succesfully trade AP Resets Details: Hey, my ingame name is formalites and I can't trade AP Resets nor drop them. I can put them inside trade box, but everytime I click trade it says "Trade was unsuccessful". I tried relogging and rebooting the game but none worked. Would love some help please
Okay, after you fixed cash shop all my aprs are gone and that includes my NX which I used to buy them. 10 APr resets are gone together with 30k nx.
Pretty sure it was 9 ap resets which disappeared. And I meant that the nx that I used to buy them didn't return as well

Thanks! Btw i bought 13 in two batches, the first batch was 9 which disappeared and the second batch of 4 was ok and i could trade them.
Noted You may update here if anymore APRs went missing Sometimes NX items can get bugged and disappear, this applies to NX clothes as well The earliest possible refund date would be at the next server check
The Admins are currently clearing some backlogs from May or June And also fixing some bugs with the current patch Can only confirm your thread isn't missed out and appreciate your patience during the mean time
Man, the game had a bug and lost me my 9 ap resets. I know every game has bugs but they are usually fixed or compensated sometime after. It has been 4.5 months and it feels like a huge disrespect. I would understand if I had done something wrongfully and it took time to address this issue but this is a game bug (which is easily fixed with game logs) and I wonder if it is ever going to be solved.
