Hi, As title described, Sniper (Marksman 3rd job) skill, Blizzard (ice version of inferno) can never proc a crit hit. The damage is always amber, never red. I believe this is a bug because no where in the skill description says it shouldn't land a crit, also the bowmaster equivalent, inferno does proc a crit hit. This is perhaps a long standing unreported bug because nobody uses this skill, but I do quite often. Can any admin confirm this bug?
Hmm, reading that thread, the argument makes sense however I can contest it: Marksman has NO ranged mobbing skill that shoots diagonally. Yes marksman has Iron arrow, piercing arrow, but both of these strictly requires all targets to be on the straight horizontal line, all on the same "y coordinate" which is not always the case. very often in mobbing we will shoot things diagonally from another platform, which is achievable only via blizzard. Isn't nerfing the crit a bit too much? Also, we can never freeze bosses like zak arm. So removing the crit is way too disadvantageous
Definitely see where you're coming from, in that case you should start a feedback thread with your own justifications and see if you can get any traction going. :3
