Hi all, I just recently returned to mapleroyals after a year long hiatus and I keep getting a "this account has been suspended/ ban after too many attempts, please reset the pin." I still get the response after resetting pin and everything and now it says to contact the forums. Any suggestions on how to resolve the issue? Thanks, Jack

Please reset your password and PIN on our website to regain access to this account.” o I followed the instructions and it proceeded to say “Please contact forums for more information” What GM banned you (optional): None, just the above message I have restarted router and my other account works, just not this
Please make sure your email address is verified, that you have changed your PIN, PIC, and password. After doing so please try again to access your account. Your character isn't banned and if the issue persists after following all the steps above, please make a thread here: https://royals.ms/forum/forums/character-issues.55/
