Solved [Solution Given] Problem: Unable to load and use my character ingame

    Problem: Unable to load and use my character ingame


    Details: After patching I was able to log into mapleroyals but received an error when the game was loading my character. Every time it loads the character it crashes then the program. Can you kindly advise me on this issue? Appreciate it.

    Nope.
    Just straight up black screen crash when clicking on the character to go in-game.

    Have you confirmed your client is up to date?

    What's the date on the top left corner of the client?

    Yup. Its the new version of the game. Already tried re-installing, changing the screen versions and whatnot.
    Nothing seems to work.
    I’m away from the pc right now to check de date.

    If you used the patcher, it's likely that it didn't work for you

    Would recommend you downloading the latest installer and using that instead
