Closed Closed Can't login to account after a year

    Hi all,
    I just recently returned to mapleroyals after a year long hiatus and I keep getting a "this account has been suspended/ ban after too many attempts, please reset the pin." I still get the response after resetting pin and everything and now it says to contact the forums. Any suggestions on how to resolve the issue?

    Why do you think you got banned?:

    - I shouldn’t have, I don’t do anything that violates the terms and conditions. just hene-hoe and chill for a few months before my hiatus

    Ban message when attempting to log in:

    - “This account is blocked from logging in due to many invalid PIN authentication attempts. Please reset your password and PIN on our website to regain access to this account.”

    o I followed the instructions and it proceeded to say “Please contact forums for more information”

    What GM banned you (optional): None, just the above message


    I have restarted router and my other account works, just not this"

    Yup, sadly ;x. I also verified e-mail before resetting the PW, PIC and PIN, but nothing is working

    I do not, deleted them from trash can right after. I have an confirmation of my account and can logon through the Royals page if that helps

    Can you try resetting the password, PIC, and PIN 1 more time?

    If still unable to login, I would forward this issue to the Admins for confirmation
