Please reset your password and PIN on our website to regain access to this account." Hi there, So I haven't played maple royals in a long time. So today I decided to download and play again. But I am having a problem logging into my account. So I went to the website tried to login apparently I had the wrong password so I had no idea what it was so I clicked on forgot password, got an email to reset password. Did that then tried to login again. Worked then I had to enter my PIN so I did but still used I assume the old one, then it wanted the PIC. I have no idea what it is so I clicked on reset PIC, got that email reset the PIC but wants me to log on the game to enter a new PIC. Except I cant get past the login screen in game. So I'm having a dilemma I guess. I can't get into the control panel to reset anything or change anything without a new PIC but I can't get a new PIC without logging into the game. Help?
Really? Then I'm confused too. Lol I have another account thag when I logged into control panel wanted a Pic as well as password and pin. I reset that one too but it still required a Pic. But that account I'm able to log into game with so that was easy. But this account I just can't. Idk what to do
Oh actually now I am able to log into the control panel on this account. So maybe I can reset everything and log into the game. Will test it and let you know. Yesterday I definitely wasn't able to do any of this.
I am logged back in again! I know you didnt do anything but Thank you so much Real quick question though. If I was blocked to begin with does that mean someone was trying to hack into my account?
