Dear admins , I tried to login my account but failed. It shows that my account is deleted / block as per attached. How can I retrieve my account back ? I have a bad network and always dc or suffer terrible delay, so that I just found a free VPN to use. And the game quit suddenly, then the above thing happened. Below are the details requested. Dear Kenny, Thank you for telling me the reason. I have to apologize for this. I didn't use any third-party game assistant software, but only the mouse micro in my Logitech G502 I'm new in this nice server. I used to think that it is similar to the in-game skill macro but more convenient. It helps me to reduce the repeat key press and I didn't break the balance of the game (I think maybe). But I didn't realize that this is a matter of illegal. If this is indeed unforgivable, then I can only apologize for this. But if possible, can I get a chance for this time? and I will be carefully in the future. Anyway, thanks for your time. hoping this server better.
After reviewing the evidence, I am sorry to inform you that it was indeed a macro botting (including mouse macro), which is a major infraction and I can’t lift the ban. I hope you the best of luck for you elsewhere!
Thanks anyway Kenny. It's indeed the official mouse macro for logitech. I can use my mouse side button to do simple repeat key press setting (not intelligent). Maybe the behavior of character is strange lol. And I just know it is a major infraction, since I thought this is the official function of mouse, not a illegal software. I know you have made efforts to this, I am very grateful. I will be more careful if I want to restart someday. GL and best regards.
