Class/Skill Separating Double Shot and Burst Fire - Corsair

Burst fire is a 3rd job passive skill that automatically upgrades the 1st job skill double shot. It's overall more damage but at much slower cast time. The only way to play with double shot after 3rd job is to reset the skill or to play in party quest that restricts 3rd job skills. Can burst fire be made into an active skill instead of a passive one so we can play with double shot everywhere?

I think double fire would actually help mobbing bf better so +1 for that idea
