Solved [Solution Given] Error with registery key on installation

    Hello my character name is Almagor
    I actually juat started playing and everything was alright until my antivirus deleted the game.
    Now when i am installing the game again it shows this error at the end of the installation:
    "Error writing to registry key:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE/Microsoft/WindowsNT/CurrentVersion/AppCompatFlags/Layers/

    RegSetValueEx failed: code5.
    Access is denied.

    Click retry to try again,ignore to proceed anyway, or abort to cancel installation."

    Could not found a solution

    Try changing the image format to JPG instead of PNG
    Or crop out just the error code/message

    Still cannot upload the picture... although i wrote the entire error messege i got in my post do you still need a pic?

    Cause based on that error message, it seems to be your registry keys are corrupted

    Is either your Anti Virus is actively blocking the installation, or the register key is corrupted and would need software such as CC cleaner to clean it
