Disconnect from server, character stuck in FM entrance

Hi,

I was trying to get to the FM entrance but when I clicked the Trade button. Everything disconnected and I was booted off the server. This was the resulting error message:

Error code: -2147287038 (Unknown error 0x80030002)

I tried to log back in but in a different channel that's less populated (Ch. 2-8) and even that didn't work. I kept disconnecting. I tried to go on the MapleRoyals site to "unstick" my character, but the Character Fix didn't do anything. I checked all my visual drivers and graphics, but to no avail. I don't know how to reset my character or stop the d/cing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

 

Im having the same issues. my characters are all in fm. i keep d/cing and getting the error code as well.

 

Both of you need to download and update your .wz files as of January 2015

Did you replace the files in the mapleroyals folder, with the new ones?

 

Yes I did, do I only need to download the Jan 2015 files, or do I need to download the other ones as well ?

 

If you still get that error code your files is not up to date. Download the December files too.
