Punishment: First offense - 3-day ban, Second offense - 7-day ban, Third offense - 30-day ban, Subsequent offenses - 90-day ban

Objectionable Behavior - The act of insulting, threatening, or harassing other players or Staff, or engaging in speech that is vulgar, defamatory, obscene, hateful, discriminatory, or derogatory on the basis of personal identity - including, but not limited to, race, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, and national origin - irrespective of the language used. Additionally, the act of "spamming" or "flooding" with chat or skills, or any other action that is excessively disruptive to the individuals around you, as well as transmitting any sort of content that is inappropriate, sexually explicit, or privately owned.

There are multiple scenarios in which harassment can be defined. Persistence and level of aggression are two major factors - constant harassment over a long period of time will likely qualify a player as having broken this rule, or alternatively a strongly objectionable statement or group of statements over a short period of time. Persistent mass defamation will be considered no less than two defames by an individual and may also include asking, paying, or otherwise incentivizing other players to defame another individual. Be aware that the use of certain words, and any variation on them, will result in a ban, if they were uttered in a public space (defined as all chat, megaphones, omok games, hired merchants, stores, chalkboards, etc.), regardless of whether or not they were used in a targeted manner. In private spaces (defined as party chat, buddy chat, guild chat, alliance chat, spouse chat, whisper) these terms will be considered a bannable offense only if used in a targetted manner and the target files a report.

 

if this is referring to an incident with a specific person and a specific guild then i have screenshots as well if you wanna start a private convo with me and give them bans for the same “objectionable behaviors. ” dont know how well they skewed those screenshot, but i have full chat screenshots of their “questionable” use of “certain words”

Our report abuse section is private. I encourage you to file a report if you have evidence of objectionable behavior directed at you.

 

isn’t the point of a ban appeal is to get the other side of the story and APPEAL the ban lmao? i have evidence and am appealing; what is the point of having to file a whole ban report that wont affect the outcome of this ban when you can just see the evidence in PM and actually rebuttal this ban

 

Your first reply alluded to you seeking retribution for a player or a group due to an altercation you had. If you wish to do so, you will have to file a report.

 

lmaoooo i will submit a report in defense of this ban appeal then. apparently me holding a player accountable for their harassment and actions led to a ban, how ironic. 1/4 iq

 

There seems to be a misunderstanding regarding the process of ban appeals for a minor infraction and in particular, objectionable behavior I would like to clarify that my role when processing your appeal is to confirm that the ban was rightfully issued without compromising the anonymity of the reporter. I've gone over the evidence and I believe that it is sufficient to support a temporary ban for objectionable behavior.

I sympathize with your frustration as in this case the staff prioritizes the reporter's confidentiality to prevent further conflict. To avoid the spread of misinformation I would like to stress that when processing reports for harassment we do not accept cropped or edited screenshots and our general practice is to encourage our players to resolve their conflicts amongst themselves and reach out to the staff when the harassment is persistent or alternatively contains strong objectionable statements over a short period of time. I would like to remind you that this is your third objectionable behavior infraction and urge you to take this short break as an opportunity to reflect on how you can handle conflict without it escalating to the point where the staff's involvement is required.

If you believe that you have been subjected to objectionable behavior by a player or a group I would advise you to submit a report, following our report guidelines.

my first two bans were from the span of 2014 until now and over me smegaing vulgar words but regardless, i aint taking no time to reflect on shit LOL whole ass lonely adults taking time outta their day to report. stay sad simps and egirls
