Hi, below are the steps I doing my installation and launching the client. 1. After I did the latest installation, I'm trying to launch the client which offered by the installer after the installation completed. I can see the client process got started but it terminated after few seconds. 2. Re-installed again to another new folder and same behavior as #1. 3. Try to launch the client via royals exe on the desktop, same behavior as #1 PS: I'm on my window 10
Hi, so far no and I added exclusion for royals folder like what I did previously. So far my wife manage to launch and login.

I might have the same issue. Operating System: Windows 10 Out of curiosity, when u open Event Viewer, under: Custom Views > Administrative Events: Do you see an error pertaining to MapleRoyals.exe? I get the following: Faulting module name: ntdll.dll Exception code: 0xc000041d I've taken a handful of proactive debugging steps, including: Redownloaded the latest v20.01.22 installer from both mirrors, twice. Ensured Windows Defender is disabled completely, and BitDefender is also disabled (with appropriate exceptions defined, regardless). Used CCleaner and the native uninstaller to remove all traces of the install, in between installation attempts. Rebooted upon each install. Rolled back windows updates using DISM commands, followed by running sfc /scannow

The Hz need to be exactly 60, instead of 59+ Have you checked so? Also, this issue is scheduled for fix by next patch Changing Hz to 60 to launch Royals is only a temporary measure
