Solved [Solution Given] Can't c.c, i get instand dc, can't open configuration panel, or change resolution

Hi Gm's, sorry to bother but i can't play at all, i literally can only walk around fm and set a shop, that's all, my pc specs are as follows: windows xp pro version 2002 service pack 3, (i know it's an old pc, but, i luv windows xp ), i appreciate any help and, sadly i won't be able to play this event at all, but hopefully i will next year, thank you , also, my anti virus is free avast version, i excluded maple folder, and, i deactivated the firewall, and the problem still persist), thanks for the help Gm's
