    I've already changed my password in the control panel, but can't seem to log in either.

    After changing your credentials on the Control Panel, please make a follow-up thread on the Support request forum with the following details:
    • Your character names (IGN):
    • The date of birth associated with your account (DD-MM-YYYY):
    • The email addresses you think might be associated with your account:
    • Your account username (Game Login ID):
    • The last time you played:
    *Please provide an estimation if unsure

    Warning:
    Don't reveal any of the information above to non-Staff members and make sure that you are posting at the support request forum as the ban appeal section is public!


    To ensure your account security, kindly use a MapleRoyals exclusive password, pin code, and pic code moving forward.

    While you wait for your account ownership to be verified by an admin, feel free to create a new character if you wish to do so. Time of wait for account recovery might fluctuate due to admin workload and previous requests.

    If you are unable to log in on a new character, please restart your router and make sure your IP changes before attempting to reconnect.
