    hi! sorry taking up your time.
    The problem I met is keeping dc and I did restart my laptop.

    Could you try running the test again until the 'Sent' reaches 100?

    Not seeing anything wrong with this result

    The new results shows the data loss % is about 4~5

    Are you lagging badly in-game when doing this test?

    Like, do the mobs stop moving?
    Or you are disconnecting every 5 minutes?

    When running into lagging, other players / mob was freezing.
    after lagging 3-5 times in a cpq match(around10 mins) then got disconnected.

    Basically the test result is saying when connecting from TW > US > EU
    Some of the data are loss at US/EU area

    You can try reset your modem/router in hopes of a different network path
    The sure way of doing so is by using a VPN to login instead
