hmmm.. i still feel like theres an error because i believe the combined total over the course of weeks should accumulate to about 1 vote per day. In fact, it may even be less. However, I think my accounts may have overlapped as I forgot the specific time of my vote. I also thought that the servers would not allow you to vote giving a message "please wait 1234 minutes before voting" and since I dind't receive the message I thought my voting was safe. I need nx for mule to buy pets. This overlap may have been caused by my lte wifi, sometimes I am just outside and go like " o ya i can vote". my intentions were innocent, as I didn't intend to accumalate a mass amount of nx. all my accounts balances should maybe even add up less than 24 hrs per hour. in fact, I didn't even vote today on all my accounts. im sorry if im sounding a bit aggressive. i believe this was a small miscalcuation by a few hrs. All in all, i think the ban should be appealed because im simply not trying to cheat. please review my appeal, I am a relatively new player that comes and goes. this was a situation of ignorance on my part. thank you. if it makes better, i can agree to not vote for 12 weeks, to show you guys that I don't care about the nx. Im in desperate need to play a game plz.
While what you say here may be true, about how your multiple vote days don't add up to voting more than once a day, and that your intentions were innocent, that is irrelevant in this situation. Also, not voting for a few days to compensate for voting more than once a day does not absolve you from breaking the ToS. The number of times you voted on more than one of your accounts in a 24-hour period occurred enough times for the Admins to issue you a ban for Minor Vote Abuse. I'm sorry if this is not the answer you wanted to hear, but the ToS require the Staff to treat each infraction and each individual who breaks a rule based on what the ToS states.
i understand. but is there anyway that my ban can be reduced to 3-5 days instead of the heavy 2 week ban. I feel given my situation and circumstances, i think it is justifable punihsment. Thank you
The TOS states that the duration of Minor Vote Abuse is 14 days. I do not have the authority to adjust the number of days of a ban based on individual circumstances. The ban duration is set by the ToS and the Staff is obligated to follow the ToS. Asking an Admin to reduce the ban will get you the same response from them. I’m sorry, but your appeal to have your ban duration reduced has been denied.
Okay, I understand. But I'll like to make a suggestion and perhaps shed light. If one commits murder premeditated, it is considered 1st degree and if by accident it is regarded as 3rd degree. There is always context in every event that is why we have a judge and jury, who decide the appropriate punishment given evidence and context, instead of following a strict guideline. So what is the point in replying and reading appeals if in the end, you only follow the guidelines and deliver no justifiable decision. Context is the only thing that matters and don't you our appeals to understand context? Imagine, a dedicated player of 5 years got banned for accidentally 'vote abusing'. The player had a rough day unless stress and simply mistaken the exact time to vote. Boom banned. I understand that following strict guidelines creates the so called clean gameplay that happens so much. Players are not being punished for vote abusing, they're being punished for getting caught vote abusing. But like come on bro.
