Once a vote abuse ban is issued, the only condition to lift it is if the ban wasn't rightfully given. It doesn't seem like it is the case here. I'm thankful for your honesty, but you haven't wronged me for me to forgive you. Your vote abuse allowed you an unfair advantage over other players, therefore, your must serve your permanent ban duration as intended.
