NLC train ticket NPC not appearing

    The guy who sells the tickets to board the train to nlc isn't appearing for me. I tried cc like you can with most npcs who do this and it worked for a few times but when he appeared it still wouldn't let me click on him and now he won't appear at all. I would really like to go to nlc so any help would be awesome.

    Have you tried CC'ing at all? coz some npc's dont appear sometimes.
